By now, all of you have been to quite a few parties in clubs, and dancing in the same place a few hours or so gets old after a while. Even having fighting touraments every now and then can be quite a hassle when it comes to waiting to fight or some other issue. And since we are always looking for new ideas for new kinds of community events to do in the Matrix, that's why I propose that we should hold the first official FA Flea Market/Festival!

Here are my ideas for it:

1) When we as a whole get rich enough that we can spend money at ease, we should both buy items from vendors as well as collect them when we do missions, such as clothing, weapons, tools, consumables, or even abilities if we get that rich, and then sell them for much cheaper prices.

Ex: Buy a pair of shoes for 100 info from a vendor, then sell them in the flea
market for 20 info.

2) We could sell them by organizing a group of members to sell certain items at a specific location. Besides, we should find a long strip of stores in the Matrix to host this at. We could even host it in a big park! NEW UPDATE: We could better organize this event by posting which members will be selling what, where they will be located at (coords), and how long they will be there on the MxO forums. There can even be different shifts for this.

3) If we found a long strip of stores to host this at, we could have other events going on, like selling consumables at a pizza parlor or diner, holding raffles at a little club, have bartendors serving at the bars in the club, or even hold little events like physical competitons or something else.

4) If we hosted this event, we could pubilize about it at some parts of the MxO forums, or even contact the devs to do a report on the event!

5) etc.

If we did such an event like this, many things could happen:

1) Obviously, it will give us something better to do other than dance our butts off for several hours straight at a club!
2) Gain more reputation and popularity in the Matrix world.
3) We would be helping out the community for a greater good. What I mean is we will be helping out the noobs as well as people who don't have a lot of info or for other reasons.
4) The event could be on the front page of the Matrix website as well as developing a better friendship with the devs.
5) etc.

I know it would take a lot of planning to do, but remember, we can do anything. I know we can. If you have better suggestions for this event or other ideas, please post here. Let me know what all of you think of trying to pull of an event like this. I just hope we can do something like this in the future. Thank you.

sounds good, imjice, when you get rich, make sure to give me lots of frags and money when i get back in may alright? we have a deal....*forges imjice signature*...excellent...
