Thats a good idea.  I think many of us(Tour guide, Coat checker, Croupier, Waiters, and Drunk guy that hits on everyone) will be able to benefit from Text macros on Saturday.  So you might want to think of some things you'll be saying a lot and create some macros to save time.

ie:  /macro Do you work for UPS? I could have sworn I saw you checking out my package, I mean, You make my software turn to hardware, I mean....I wanna be on you.

I still don't know what I will do during the party... I think I may just walk around asking if the people are having a good time and if there was anything I could help them with...... If I have to go AFK I'll just be on the dance floor. =P

Because I am starting to really get into this coding business, I will try to make an assortment  of pills and 'eye drops' to act as the food/drinks and possibly be able to make the uniforms, unfortunately I do not know which specific clothes make up the male or female (if one has been chosen yet) uniforms.

On a side as a maybe (don't know if i'll have the time to do this) I might make a few dresses and formal suits to hand out/sell to those who walk in informal, wearing their panties or going around shirtless....

i have currently coded the female uniform, but it is not set in stone; we've got a few options.

iris, you, along with anyone else who has a female RSI (zink, and don't complain) need to find me to get it, preferably sometime tonight!

i won't have internet tomorrow night, because i have to give back the wireless router i'm borrowing, so i will not have internet until saturday when i move back in to school.

if you end up getting the uniform from me five minutes before we go live at the party, it will cost you a /slap and your firstborn child. no excuses, this thread has been up for at least a week and i've posted several times to find me/IM me to get a uniform from me

Well my band and I landed a gig at the chain reaction in Anaheim at the time of the mixer so now it is questionable if I will even be able to make it. =( I may be back before the party ends but who knows....

Well,  I do have almost an entire uniform.  I still require the fedora hat.

Also, I need  a job function.  And a captain.... and the FA title over my head..... and a pony, yeah... a pony...no...err... maybe a pair of fluffy bunny slippers... can someone code me that?

Even better - make me that pink bunny outfit from "The Christmas Story"!!! If I could have that I would never change!

Well, There are alot of clubs but if the mervs and machinists are smart they wil realize that most clubs dont have security...Lets just hope for the best, and look on the bright side, Atleast we should have more to do in the constructs after the mixer...

To be honest T, I've had a problem with the secrecy around this mixer since day one.

It's a well known fact that most people can't keep a secret.  It's been proven time and time again.  Especially when they don't have any good reason to.  Even members of our own faction couldn't keep it secret...

So this secrecy is kind of ineffective since any of our ennemies can get the details if they really want to.  It also hurts us since it prevents us from advertising it properly.  Most places where we could promote an event (RFZ , special MxO threads, etc) need a time and a place to advertise it.  It's really hard to advertise efficiently an event that will take place "somewhere at some time".  Many people won't make the effort of sending an email to get an invitation.  

I suggest that we don't make our next event secret, even if that means fighting off a few party crashers.  Anyway, chances are that the party crashers or uninvited guests will get a bad rep just like RIP did.
