Thanks alot guys, now that we are apart of the faction, how do we become part of the "crew" in the game. Will any angel invite us or someone specific.

Welcome guys.

As for being on a crew, you can first look here:

Once you're assigned to a ship, you need to get with your captain (or anyone from your crew if I'm not mistaken) in game so that they add you to their crew.  That's it.
