Operation Kill Karagga

I'd like to know if anyone is interested in attempting to kill Karagga himself tonight, either before or after the meeting.  Directive is locked to Hard Mode Karagga, the final boss in the Karagga's Palace raid.

We would run in, kill some trash and then fight Karagga.  Since it's a Hard Mode raid, it will drop Rakata Mainhand Weapons, possibly a Xenotech chestpiece and other Rakata level item modifications.

I invite anyone who isn't locked out, and is decently geared to come out and try it.

Directive is a tank.  Likwidtek has expressed wanting to go.  He is a healer.  Normally a group for this raid would consist of 2 tanks, 2 healers and 4 DPS.  We would only be attempting the final boss, which does not require a second tank.  I think it would be done easier with a single tank and an extra DPS.  That means we will be needing 5 DPS and another healer.  That does not mean we aren't open to bringing in another tank.  

So post up if you're interested and we'll see if we can get this done.

Well, I'm going to try and be home no later than 5:30-6:00PM EST.  Shooting for 5:00, but something always goes wrong at the last minute.

Im specced hybrid heals and dps, but I can spec heals if you need me to. Otherwise my dps is teh awesomes so count me in.

They tried earlier in the day before I got home.  I think they got pretty close but didn't fully kill him.

Also, the other night, we did learn a pretty awesome strat from alpha company that really seemed to make Karaga MUCH easier.  Basically instead of kiting him up and down just that one wall, all ranged people stay in the center and the tank simply pulls him in a giant circle around the entire room.  Overall everyone took MUCH less damage as his ass (blow torch) was ALWAYS points away from everyone.  Good stuff!
