For those of you who knew Nubious in The Matrix Online...

Nubious81 passed away January 7th, 2011. Nubious' real name is Mike Sloane. Mike suffered from a physical heart defect and had a terminal diagnosis. He passed away unexpectedly yesterday from complications from this condition.

Nubious was a part of Morpheus Legacy, now Revan's Legacy. For communities such as ours, losing someone in this way is like losing a member of your family. He will be missed.

Nubious was a good man... One of those guys you could hang out with do nothing and still have an awesome time with, or if you needed help with something the guy was there.

He was a good man, and way to few people can say that when they pass from this world.

Good luck to ML now RL as they continue on.

I wrote this to my brothers in ML/RL earlier last week. Nubious and I spent many late nights together talking about many different things. We were truly good friends. He was a guy who you just trusted, even if you didn't know that well; and even that wouldn't last long, because you would get to know him in a way where it seemed like you've known him forever, within a short amount of time. He was commited to the light, commited to staying true to oneself, and following dreams. He will always be a part of my gaming experience. I know well seem him again someday. God Bless his family.
