Thanks to External, we now have an additional Beta account for APB. Due to the limited play times and only having one account to share, I've decided to limit this account to just APB Captains. However, there is a catch.

Captains are allowed to sign up for play sessions and will be given access to the account AFTER they fill their squad roster quota. Considering I posted a recruitment thread for us over a week and a half ago and no one from FA has even replied to it yet, I feel like this is a fair incentive.

The first captain to complete this will basically have the key to themselves until other captains complete it as well. Once that happens, we'll start signing up for time slots. I don't expect Beta keys to be given out to more people, especially NA people, until next year sometime, so if you wanna play APB by the end of this year, this is your best shot!

Currently testing times are Tues, Thurs, Sun from 1-5 p.m. FA time.

With all due respect, that's pretty shitty, T. Ext already gave you use of one account, then offers another to the entire faction in a rotating lottery (keep in mind this was his personal acct info) and you now claim that instead? I agree the original idea for it as a recruitment incentive was a good idea, and if I were a CIT for APB I'd get on it, but to overrule his idea as an open enrolment for the faction when it doesn't pan out the way you hoped only to claim it your own when you have already used his acct, and then brag about it here isn't just unfair, its rude.

I'm curious if you can explain how this option is better than going back to the acct owners idea of having a rotating timesheet for members who sign up? (and to avoid any issues with me brining this up, I will gladly not sign up myself and leave it for other members only) That just seems more fair, and would assist the faction as a whole better.

Yeah I was being sarcastic. I'm going out of town for a month so I can't play anyway. I guess I should have just clearly stated that no replies made it seem like no one was interested in taking me up on the incentive.

And the rotation idea was mine as well and something I still think is a good idea. I'd like for our captains to be able to get in the game as early as possible to maximize our efficiency.

For now I've given it to Ana since he is working hard with our interviews and I don't want it to go to waste.

I'll have time to check this out in about 3 weeks. Until then I am swamped with end of the year projects and exams and whatnot.

I have interest, but simply don't have the time at the moment.

Been working a LOT to make money for the holidays. I haven't had time to finish Batman:AA or Dragon Age
