Did we decide that the first step of this code is to translate it into hexidecimal? Perhaps translating it from hexidecimal is only the first step?

Hmmm. you would think there being there for a reason. Maybe he wil appear one more time on Recursion like Voltio said and itll have yet another code string? Who knows. It may be all a never ending loop cause peope said they got a Date from the first one. somehow. so im not to sure.

Well, ML threw together a Zion meeting about it. Soluma was there. SOTI claims that the code that came with the RSI translates to "Emergency Jackout Protocol Override".

The big question asked was "will you embrace Morpheus, regardless of consequences". We were really the only faction that questioned things. Everyone else pretty much agreed to blindly follow what they are already assuming has to be Morpheus.

I took the floor twice to stress the importance of remaining skeptical and just concentrate on investigating the issue rather than jumping to conclusions and already assume that this isn't a trap or that Morpheus hasn't been affected in the past year.

Our priority at this point is to reconnect with Morpheus and attempt to get the exact coordinates of his location in the Real. Only when we see him in the flesh will we know it is him, and even then we won't know if he's been brainwashed. He had some way of staying alive for a year...

This may be a shot in the dark (majorly) but what are the time lapses between each appearance? Could that have any relevance?

It's very possible that this is not Morpheus.  What we've seen so far are only remnants of old transmission data from the Nabonidus, not the actual transmissions themselves.  This is probably why the images of Morpheus appear to be injured.  It's also probably why his RSI seems to be having a hard time speaking.  It's only bits and pieces of an incomplete transmission.

Tbone hit the nail on the head at last night's meeting.  Morpheus is a respected figure in Zion, but it's unwise at best to follow anyone regardless of circumstance or consequence.

So according to your theory, right before Morpheus' death, he pre-recorded a transmission to be sent at later dates in the case of his death?

Not exactly, but that theory sounds even more plausible.  EPN's code pulse devices are being used to extract data from the simulation.  Maybe I'm thinking about it the wrong way, but these Nabonidus transmissions could just be a glitch in the system that is being revealed by the code pulse devices.

One of the locations where Morpheus was last seen alive was in Moriah.  He was making that broadcast from the Nabonidus, (back before we knew the name "Nabonidus").  EPN planted a code pulse device in that location at a certain time that they determined the signal would next manifest itself, and a glimmer of what looked like Morpheus' RSI appeared.  It wasn't him, just a fragment of the original broadcast.

The signal from the Nabonidus could very well have been directly cut off at the point of Morpheus' death.  But the data from that signal could have been stored in the raw code stream of the matrix.
