One reason I hate declining people is the inevitable email that will be waiting for me in my Inbox. It's always hard to really explain to people why, but I always feel I have an obligation to. Maybe you guys can help pinpoint the reasons:

"I am a bit curious as to which part I failed. After all I've done to get this far, I'm certain that I will have no problem correcting my mistake.

His activity was my greatest concern. If he is still playing a month down the road I would reconsider my vote.

He hopped from game to game, and didn't adapt the new tactics system that was implemented right before launch. He didn't even give it a chance. I know he likes the new combat system, but there are inevitably going to be "nerfs" to the game of sorts that he won't like. He said that would be a reason he would leave the game. Now, I don't know how the Organization Abilities are going to affect the combat, but seeing as it's going to take some getting use to, he may not like it.

Like Lithium says, if he's still here in a month, I'll reconsider my vote.

This was the main reason whyI said no, the other as I said there was something I did not really feel right about. I woulld like to get a screenShot of his server select. If you would get this and as Lithium said I would reconcider my vote.

I got this whole image that he was looking for ANYONE and only wanted FA because of the good name. I'm not so sure that he would be all that interested, or all that serious about it. It seems like he doesn't care what side or what faction he plays to, just that he does. It sounds terrible, and without grounds for me to say this, but I got this feeling like he'd play till he capped, then ditch. I felt like he would just use us.

However, I'll openly admit that I'm still new to this game, and I have no idea how people will turn out, his reply obviously prooves that. Therefore if there is a re-vote, I ask that mine not be counted, I probably won't even be present. And if he is readmitted, I won't withold anything from him and treat him as I do the rest of you. I'll go with the better judgement of the older members here and take yall's decision on the matter as law.

I felt that he actually sounded pretty apathetic throughout his interview. Like it didn't matter if he was accepted or not. It didn't seem at all likely to me that he would be playing for more than 3 months.

I don't really trust his reasoning of "let me join and then I'll prove myself". I remember Niko saying the same kind of thing and his recruitment didn't turn out very well.
