This is the name of the first live event of the new schedule that we are getting.

It started the week of July 10th, which is this week.

From what I heard, the developers are going to try and put in more live events in each month.

No, they're trying to find ways to put more things in between events. For instance, the Assassin might attack more often between scheduled Live Events. Little things like that that have to do with the plot but don't affect it.
