and I also don't appreciate the fact that after all that explaining that I went through... that you simply changed your sig to the new location of the big sigs.  Did you not understand me asking that if you guys are going to use big sigs to host them at imageshack?

If you have your own webhost why are you using this site as your host?  I'm not tryign to bitch but you obviously are giving me the finger when I am simply trying to help the faction.

If anobody has figured it out yet, then I'll tell you, animated sigs the size of signatures are rediculas on slower machines and rediculas to bandwidth usage. Likwidtek I am confused to why you don't just remove them from the gallery or make them not linkable makes sence does it not?

because they are still pretty to look at.  and people can copy them and upload them to their own personal servers or imagehosts.  I just dont want to be a dick and delete everyoens hard work.  I'm trying to be as fair as possible.

how can you be fair when you are about to blow the dam? Can't we settle for sigs that are just flat non animated. Think of teh people on dial-up what a hell all this on this forum and the mxo forum it must be

I prefer the flat ones I guess... but it's all about choice.  I'm not going to play dictator and demand anythign out of anyone.   I just respectfully ask that they host their own sigs.  It takes a whole 30 seconds to get a imageshack.us image hosted.

I agree with likwidtek, i personally have Broardband so they dont bother me, but if som of the 56ks users are having a bit of trouble, i dont mind taking the one ive got away, its not realy nessecary as im recruiting on our own forums.

i keep ranting about www.domaindlx.com i use it because its 100 MB its free and its unlimited bandwidth, its only been down once in 3 months, i host everything i want to show on the forums here, from the linux penguins that i showed Ajax to my avatar and sig.
