In the lobby again. I hope that once things slow down I can spend more time here connected. REALLY lame I can't get anything in the room. I tried piggybacking a few connections, but they are all protected. Really sorry guys. This is just going to be a bad month for me online-wise.

Ouch man.  Wish I had some ideas for you...

WAIT!  AH CRAP!  No streaming porn in your room for a month!??!?  WTFOMGHAX!

Yeah, plus another guy in my room. I'm trying to download the most recent episode of Lost right now and it says it is going to take 21 hrs. I can't stay in the lobby for that long...sigh...so lame.

Can't you just stream it, Tbone?

"Only viewers in the United States can stream full episodes on ABC.com"

It's blocking me. I'm trying to work around it with a proxy, but because it pops up in flash, it is proving to be difficult.

I'll come to the rescue on that one. Download and install a little program called hot spot shield. It acts a a us proxy, and because it is a software proxy and not a web proxy, it allows you to run flash content. I used it to access/record myspace karaoke at one point (dont ask, I will not let you hear my karaoke  :p ) so I know it will work.

Ha, I actually downloaded it yesterday before I saw your post. It's broke as shit and is causing all sorts of issue for my PC... wtf?? It won't load or connect to anything.

Hmm, I just connected ok. The actual hot spot shield servers are fine.  The only suggestion I could make would be reinstall I guess. Its amazing how many problems a restart and reinstall can solve.
