- Archive reward items, such as the War Sword and Seraphic Vision, will have their timer extended to five minutes, and can be reactivated thirty seconds afterwards.

- Neighborhood street gang bosses will have a 10% chance of dropping a reusable "RSI Capture" tool that will allow the player to assume that NPC's appearance indefinitely.

About damn time with the timers for fun effects. Now you can just set up a macro and only deal with a 30 sec lag every 5 min!

I think Rare means "indefinite" in so far as the effect lasting until you log out.    Like when the Effectuator does the "RSI Roulette" thing at his parties.  The effects stays on through multiple reconstructions, but once you re-log, you're back to your normal self.

I know there are a few RSI models that aren't available to players, but for the most part with the right face/hair/clothing, a player can look like almost any neighborhood NPC in the city, barring gender restrictions.  

This particular addition seems hardly substantial, especially since the RSI mods only drop 10% of the time.  It would be quicker to buy the RSI pills and code the proper clothing.
