I found my old, old copy of Unreal Tournament for the Mac. I tried to run it (I actually had to boot into OS9!!!), and it was fucking fun as hell. The graphics were piss poor, the framerate was terrible, and it all kicked ass.

So my copy of Unreal Tournament 2004 just arrived ($10 on Amazon for the DVD version with extra features) and I'm looking to have some fun. If you own the game, let me know.

I own it, but if you make me install it then i will need to get all the patchs, bonus packs, commuity packs, map packs, skins, mods, etc etc, cause thats just what i do

And all that stuff takes up alot of HDD space :/

This gives me an idea though, me and my RL friends used to play that all the time maybe i can get them all playing it again.

I have UT2K3 and use to play UT2K4 at a LAN party or two. For $10 I might pick it up.

UT2k4 rocks. They have an RPG mod that's HUGE. You can buy abilities and stuff that make it a lot more fun and you can level up stats to set yourself apart from everyone else.

Ick i hate ut 2k4 i liked 2k3 mainly because it has no vehicles ... thats what ruined 2k4 for me i hate the vehicles it takes a lot out of it for me. I guess i just like the basic fps when it comes to online play.

Same here. I tried a couple of the racing modes late last night and didn't like it. Nothing beats a classic Deathmatch.

For those that have played: Have you ever had any trouble configuring your key bindings. It tells me to hit 'Backspace' to remove a particular binding, but nothing happens when I do.
