...The GM that responded to my ccr said it would be delt with. WTF! Maybe we need to give the screenshot to Brewko so he can get off his ass and do something.

Let me guess:

It's their cookie-cutter response. It doesn't mean crap. It's what you usually get when you report harassment b/c they aren't allowed to tell you if they do anything about it or not. "Dealt with" simply means "Looked at".
