Does anyone have any Eagle Pins or would anyone be willingn to help me hunt Neighborhood Watchers downtown? I would appreciate it. I'm trying to get the Taggart's Pipeline shirt.

the best spot to hunt those, is the "under construction plaza" near the Collector Taggart, mobs everywhere and only lvl 41.

If you don't get the eagle pins by the time I get home, I'll give you a hand.
