I need someone to make a petition for me...

*sigh* It seems I have fallen victim to the genius of the devs.

Yesterday I has hit by a 2 second long power outage. From that point on I have been unable to get back in game. Whenever I double click the launcher...nothing happens.

I cannot submit a petition myself because I am unable to fill in the rest of my information in my master account, so I e-mailed this to the devs/csrs.

They have yet to do a single thing. I know they might be rushed, but I see myself as out of options as I also have tried re-installing the game, which also did not fix the problem.

So here I am asking one of you to do me a great favor. If one, or more than one of you send in a petition on my behalf so that I may figure out how to solve my problem, seeing as the devs are very lazy about solving a problem as big as this.

You can always bang your head against the wall Tizona, that is alot like sending a petition and will probably accomplish about the same thing.

Um... the CCRs are very helpful... but you must look deeper.

Have you tried to call the support number? They were able to look up my Pre-Order records so I could prove to GameStop that I paid for a copy of MxO when I had lost the reciept. I got the date my Pre-Order was activated and GameStop was able to track the purchase and give me my retail copy.
