Previously I had put a whole bunch of items on the marketplace and they never sold. So I took a lot of them off. I then looked at my status window and it sucked about 3million info. I look in my status screen and it shows that I lost ******* info from buying an item over and over. It basically charged me full market price for delisting items from the amrket place. So I lost most of my info. Can you explain this to me? You can check the screenshot and the log I hope to see what happened. If this is true.... How do I unlist stuff and not get charged full market price.

Hi Christian Thank you for contacting the support team. To investigate this issue further, we do need some further information. What were the exact steps you used to delist the items? Have you been able to reproduce this issue? Has this happened before? Has your game crashed before this happened? Have you experienced any other issues with the marketplace before this? I have restarted the game a few times... and it does this if im in the loading area or at a hardline All the items in my selling list have been there for a looong time, now all of them show the listing price is the same as the selling price. Also... I added a new item to the marketplace... a blackwolf coat for 999,999 with a listing fee of like 30,000 and I asked buddies to confirm it was on the market and they can't see it. So the problem is... maybe im just not sure how the marketplace works. My impression is... Say you want to charge 1mil for an item and it will cost you 30000 (for example) to list it. The listing fee is not charged to me until the item is sold but it will always be only 30,000. It is then taken out of the money the buyer pays so I would only get 970000. But the listing fee never changes correct? If the item is never sold... I still have to pay the listing fee but no more then the original listing fee of 30,000. *OR* is it... the listing fee starts at 30,000 and then after a certain period of time it continues to acrue until it reaches 1,000,000. At which time if I decide I want to take it off the market... I have to pay 1,000,000 to take it off the market? I'm adding a screen shot of the items in my marketplace selling list showing selling price being the same as the listing cost. No matter what happens, (I knwo you wont give me the 3mil I lost today) I at least want you to remove all the crap I have listed in the market place and make it so I can sell stuff again. Most of these items were from back when I was less then level 10 and didn't know what I was doing. I'm lvl 40 now.. so I hope you can see how long this stuff has been on the market. Please help.

From my understanding for ever day you have you things on the marketplace you get charged a certian percent like if you take your stuff off after 3 days you'd be charged 15% and then after 20 days you get charged the full amount or it disapears.

Hi Christian Thank you for the response and the additional information. We apologize for the delayed response; we were researching the issue to find you some answers. The delisting fee will increase over time to prevent players from using the Marketplace for item storage. Eventually it will rise to the selling price of the item and at some point the item will be destroyed if left for too long. We are aware of some issues with the Marketplace that prevent items from being displayed. We are researching the causes in order to fix it as soon as possible. We are unable to get your items delisted from the Marketplace. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. ok you can't delist them. Can you destroy them? They have been sitting there forever and are not destroyed. Maybe this is part of the reason why I can't list items?
