they need to make a free attack immunity in the martial artist tree... so that they need to be in interlock to use hacker abilities... but not free attack immunity for things like sniping and knives.... but they wont... sigh

what they need to do is like double the stun immunity timer and make it associate with rooting as well. then cut the stun timer itself in half. THAT would make things more balanced.
