Ok Ive already Told a few people this alrady But

The reason my Copy of the Matrx online Did not come was because of my fathers Credit Card. He had his wallet Stolen at the time of the delivery payment and did not go through that means no order.

I am going to be going to a store down the road from where I live and Buy a new Copy of the gameYAY Will I just put the Cd Keys from that into the Registration Form? then I can play with my Old account?

When were you level 20? During your pre-order freebee week after launch? Was your pre-order box the one that didn't get to you?

Your account might have been deleted if you didn't enter in a CD key on time. Does it allow you to login to the official MxO forums? If not, then you might have to create a new character.

Noo I mean when they Launched I managed to get my Character up to level 20 by the 3 day extra thing and then I went on Holiday

if i remember correctly, SS, you were still playing in the extended Euro-preorder period.
I am buying my game next week, and also took part in the extended free Euro period.

Basically, although I am only level 15, I should have my account no problem, because I can tie the CD key to the beta account. I have no idea how long they are keeping characters tho.

On the 15th April, I recieved the email all our U.S. counterparts got, saying beta is over, so it may have locked out all remaining accounts from the forums then.

They havent deleted any accounts, and have said they dont have any anticipation to delete them any time soon.  Ket's idea of them locking the accts out of the forum is the most plausible explanation

well thats good, when i get on my "main"computer ill be able to log in change a few things, like a new card to charge from and ill be able to connect with no problem
