I wanted to notify you and ask that you pass this information along to Commander Tbone as well.

Due to an unfortunante event (read: minor electrocution) during a system check of the Carpe Diem's EMP system, I was placed on temporary medical leave and evaluation until the medical staff can declare me fit to return to service.

The good news, is that the defective electrical conduit was identified and has been replaced by other crew members.

I hope to be able to return to service by weeks end or early next week.

I will keep you posted.

(ooc:  basically there are some real world events and duties I must focus on for both work and my masters program that are taking much greater amounts of time and causing me some strife.  who would have thought that cryptography would be such a bitch some times.  i hope to be able to spend a few hours jacked in this coming weekend but it would most likely not be until the late hours of Friday and Saturday.  I wanted to let everyone know why I have not been around as of late.  hopefully this will all get sorted out and I can be back online with the rest of the angels.)
