New Potential Application Process

We have a new way of recruiting Potentials now. Simply point them to our site and leave the rest to them. We have a new potential section you can access by simply clicking the red feather. Big thanks goes to Kosila for creating this for us! It's temporary until we get the interactive challenge complete!
