Author Topic: Providing our combat suit to other people? (Read 1138 times)

This question was put forward recently about helping out other Zionist aquiring better gear. I'd prefer to keep our information about how we are making them (doubt it will take long to figure out but the longer its kept in the dark the better chance we have of fighting our enemies) But there is another option we could sell the suit to others who havn't figured it out, especialy those that are in the construct fighting against our enemies.

So the question is put forward to all and especialy those that craft-
Should we offer to sell it?
And at what price?

The price should be resonable, sure make a profit but no price hikes that would make your nose bleed.

And of course theres always a chance that by the time we come to any decion that this won't be an issue but if the ground work is laid out now, we can come to a faster decion on the same topic when the game goes live.

And of course this suit will only be sold to known zion faction people, especialy those that we've seen help fighting in the construct.

Knowledge is power.

Let's keep our power as long as we can.

Unless it's public knowledge, let's keep it a secret.

There's a reason why new fighter jets and the other military prototypes are kept secret. People can't fight efficiently what they don't know about. You only start to see these things openly when other countries know about them. The US isn't selling these new secret jets to other countries, even the friendly ones. One day you fight with them, the next day you can fight against them.

Let's keep any edge we have as long as we can keep it.

Its not like the gear is some ubersecret. If people would just take the time and find the best gear that they can code they to will have it. (But I find most people are lazy are for some odd reason just don't think to look though they coding gear, they just want us to do it for them.)

I have the jacket, pants, and glasses. I know tivod and nartak also have some of the peices I am missing.

Thanks Fuse. These will probably help while I try to fight my way up the level-ladder! Just curious, but what does it all look like? Can the buffs be coded into other clothing?

Yeah I know the gear is not a huge secret.

I was really talking about secrets we have in general. Let's not give away any advantage we have as a faction.
