You won't get the "Pre-Order Hyper-Jump" ability until the game goes live.  I pre-ordered from Game Stop and they game me the Pre-Order box right then!

i've also shared the same dissapointment, getting my pre-order key finally sent literally seconds before the initial wave of client donwload links were sent, just regestering it time as to be included in the initial wave. i still dont have my box either

but lucky you didn't go thru EB, most of those people didnt even get their pre-order keys

If you where emailed a beta key you shouldn't be getting a box. (Trust me its useless anyways. It just a box with a card inside saying go to www.thematrixonline.com and register this key.)

OOC: Chamillion, nice sig! I have a prob, though. When your sig is on the page my CPU usage goes throgh the roof. Up to 97% CPU usage. Do you know why? And does anyone else have this prob? Got a solution for me? Thanks, this was not a flame.

most places are completely left in the dark if they don't have preorder boxes.. i know the gamestop at my job always gets games right on the day they are supposed to and all that nice stuff... but i preorder and constantly ask if it's in..but the only reponse i got was.. "what the hell is a preorder box".

Ya i ordered from from Eb games but now i know that iwas was a mistake, my friend perordered a different game from Eb and it came 2 days after release ><

Yes, I'm getting this same problem, but I didn't get this problem when I saw it on the official MxO boards.

i know the prob and i also know the solution....reboot your moniter. or reformat...that always works. its because your computer is a piece of crap thats why you having so much trouble.

i didn't get a box, but i got an email with my code in it
