Non-VR Games / Mentor/Sidekick Function

Hey FA,

I haven't had a chance to look at it or see the limitations of grouping, but

1 - Is there a Mentor/Sidekick sort of function in SWTOR? Like if I'm level 8 and want to group with a level 20, can they become my level 8 or I can become level 20 so we can run around together?

2 - How far in level difference can one go before the benefits/outlevel kicks in?

I ask because I was reading up on the guides you guys were posting and i've had a bit of a late start to my character. You mention grouping and social points are important, but if everyone is higher levels, there's no real benefit to group with me, y'know? What would you guys advise on this?

What ended up being the wave and release dates for Day 2? I'll continue to peruse the forums to see if I can find them but figure you guys/gals would be on it already

In the good news dept, whereas Day 1 was pretty much Week 1 of preorders, Day 2 was up and through roughly the beginning of October.

This means my 11/30 Preorder (although the time difference says i'm 12/1 on the site) might make me a lucky winner for Day 3. I'm ok if I go on Day 4. An extra day or so to try and finish off Skyward Sword never hurts. I have a feeling once I get my "in" with SWTOR, I'm going to kiss my Wii goodbye (and no that's not a euphemism).
