Each tick on the bottom-x axis is 1 week.
From the graph this gives the following approximate results:
15 Dec: Preordered by 4-5 Aug
16 Dec: Preordered by 31 Aug - 1 Sept
17 Dec: Preordered by 9-10 Oct
18 Dec: Preordered by 10-11 Nov
19 Dec: Preordered by 19 Dec

Assuming Pre-orders maintain the linear growth seen (excluding initial surge), there will be approximately 1 million preorders by pre-launch.
"IF" Bioware breaks this into 5 even groups, the above image indicates approximate pre-order date cutoffs for each group.

It is also possible they will choose do do a larger or smaller initial group.
If there is a late surge or drop-off in number of pre-orders the dates could shift one-way or the other.

Don't worry, I wasn't going to put anything that big as my sig. Just left it at the raw render size for showing off.
