Well i hope you can keep in touch but from my personal experiences I know it will probably bring you grief from other members and I dont want you to experience that, I wish FA all the best and hope you go on from strength to strength I will not bad mouth FA even though I am not a part of it out of respect for the Friends I have made who are still members. Well i've had my issues with the guild and frankly do not enjoy being told who I should be playing with combined with a few other issues with leadership and guild priorities toward PVE over PVP, I have come to the decision that this isnt the right guild for me.

I will miss the following members and hope you will stay in touch:

As for everyone else I wish you all the best but I either lost respect for you or didnt really know you well enough.

I'm leaving the guild so I can play with who I want to play with and not get crap for it.

The reason i made this statement was to explain the statement tbone so kindly bolded in his post the reason i'm not pvping all the time with the guild is because i have lost respect for certain members and do not wish to spend my time with them, this again was demonstrated by broin last night questioning why I was PVPing with fuse in my own TS and suggesting that Fuse was trying to turn me against FA, well funily enough he has never said a bad word about FA and has not told me in any detail why he left aside from he needed a change. It is in fact certain members of FA that have drove me to think less of the guild and having slept on it last night have decided to quit the guild.

I PVP with alot of people both in guild and out, lately I've been pvping alot with fuse and various other people, why? because we play well off each other i have 4 of my 6 600-0 alderans with fuse, also because of the low interest in PVP in FA atm i'm looking for a group of non guild people to form a PVP team with on my time slot, also my opinion of some of FA's members isnt very high at the moment because of how we treat old members and current, so I play with people I get on with, if you PVP'd alot you would see whenever jeyk and me are on were pretty much always grouped same goes for lathazia although his play time is a little different to me so not as much.

;tldr I play with who i choose to because they are the people i respect and get along with

edit: also our TS is not set up to be firendly to none members joining us in PVP without a master moving them up so I use my own personal server.

its not the same as they are separate events. for instance if you toss a coin 5 times every toss your % chance of flipping a head is 50% the amount of times you flip the coin does not effect the end result but over time the trend of flipping a head should trend towards 50%. A true 1 in 5 chance would be to have a bag of 5 balls with 1 red and 4 white balls every time you select from the bag the ball is removed from the next selection. In this scenario the more picks you take the better the chance of picking the red on the next pick until you get to just having 1 ball in the bag which must be the red ball which at worst will be pick number 5. hope this makes things clearer

I don't think this was aimed at you at all, if its a known issue we can work around it its the people who make promises and then don't show up that's the big issue

For instance I will be unavailable this Saturday because it is a friends birthday unfortunatly I cant control the day his birthday lands but I wont sign up and not show up. Also by me letting every one know we can start actively finding someone to step in for that day.

These are all good points also we need to start actively managing the raid signups if we dont have enough sign ups by friday we need to start poking and proding people a bit.

This also goes for if we have to many signups we need to basically have the raid organised by friday night.

Also we need to sort the time out the last few weeks the raid calender time has been wrong i have a theory on why so if you can have a talk with me nocry we can sort your settings out and that should sort it

I for one do not want to be stuck with doing KP and EV all the time but as it stands the best way for us to gear up our group and also progress into the new gear tier will be to do KP NM and EC story mode.

We also need to look at the list of people we have raiding with us and lock them down. I know of at least 2 that have been listed as alternates for the weeknight group that also raid with us. Maybe we need to say if your an alternate and can attend our raid you should be a permanent for us.

these are just some suggestions and things that need a bit more organisation than we have currently have

If who ever it is that said he isnt welcome on TS even as a guest wishes to enforce this then any FA members wanting to group and chat with Fuse may use my private TS server instead (details to follow) as a public neutral ground (which incidently will be driving actual members from the guild TS server which is actually counter productive to guild unity).

He may have left our ranks but he put in 7 years of service and deserves some respect at least.

Out of the many FA members i counted Fuse as one of my top 10 respected people. He didnt hold any punches but was always helpful if you asked him for advice or help. He was a good resource to sit down and theorycraft with and was one of FA's better PVP players.

I for one think he was a great asset to the guild and it is always sad to lose such a long term member but opinions and attitudes change and sometimes you wake up and dont fit in the little section of the world you've carved out for your self over many years and its time for a change.

I respect him for actually following through with his feelings instead of just carrying on like nothing was wrong.

This isnt good bye its until we meet again (and if your on the oposite team im gunning for you and expect the same in retrun)

ive changed it alot now i found i was tunnel visioning into my hotbars with it layed out that way so ive streamlined it and moved the healthbars back to their default position.

This is what I'm currently running needs a little tweek here and there but all in all its nice and streamline.
