A lot of people believe that VR will revive arcades. This looks to be exactly what The Void hopes to do. I'm not very familiar with their Rapture system, though, and I feel like that would make or break the experience. I'm not sure how their doing full room tracking either, but I imagine the Lighthouse system would be perfect for something like this.

I feel like a multiplayer laser-tag like arena would probably be too dangerous starting out (since everyone is basically blindfolded), but a guided experience or maybe even a guided multiplayer experience could work well! The trick would be to have everyone calibrated perfectly so the real world stuff lines up properly. Of course, if you use the Lighthouse system and just put trackers on your real world stuff, you wouldn't have that problem!
