Waz_here tipped me off to this

How do you think this will impact TOR?
-
Thank god.
Let's be real, the last few game titles the company has put out have been complete trash. Disney did the right thing, in killing off a what had become a bad product. I was tired of playing lame Star Wars games to be honest.
It will not affect TOR, if it does, I will be really shocked.
1313 is stalled, has been for a while. In the end it will see the light of day sooner or later.
Disney likes money.
Star Wars = Money.
Nuff said.

Star Wars, you just got FUCKED! Hahahaha!
-
I'm not sure trading out a game for a new trilogy of movies would classify as "getting fucked".

Nobody got fucked. Lucasarts was shifted into a clearing house for IP licensing years ago. They were failing as a publisher, and had barely a scratch of their original appearance as a developer.
The remaining staff will be part of the licensing team. Still rough that a lot of folks lost their drops due to a lot of issues that I blame on their pre-Disney management.
