Great info there honestly.. IF you have any intentions whatsoever on PvP'ing in 1.2 it is a MUST read

So really, is there a point in PvPing hardcore before 1.2? Since we can buy Champion Gear with Credits, Battlemaster with WZ Comms, and abolishing the Valor requirements. Seems like a better use of time would be to stock up on 1000 WZ coms and call it a day until 1.2.

War Hero gear can only be purchased with a combination of the same piece of Battlemaster gear as well as Rated Warzone Commendations, with the cost of the latter being determined by your Ranked Warzone Rating. For example:

War Hero Enforcer's Armguards
Costs
Battlemaster Enforcer's Armguards (1)
Ranked Warzone Commendations (3,475)

War Hero Enforcer's Armguards (Rated)
Costs
Battlemaster Enforcer's Blaster (1)
Ranked Warzone Commendations (250)
Requires Highest Warzone Rating (1200)

?? this is the same item with different requirements. was this a typo or are there different stats on either set?

if this is the case then why bother with having a piece of rated gear over the non rated if they are exactly the same.

not sure how i feel about it. on one hand it keeps the ranked warzone even on a competitive level (i dont care about the looks, im just going to pull the mods out anyways. sure others will for augment slots) but the other it doesnt actually distinguish much from those that have the 2400 rating needed for the chest vs the guy that just bought it with coms.

guess it will really come down to a persons rating on their character sheet for the epeen status (which i care less about anyways)

I'm more interested in seeing FA rank well overall on the server.
