New Master: Likwidtek
First thing's first, we've finally chosen another Master! I'm pleased to announce that Likwidtek is now the Master of Velox and our Guild Liaison! Likwidtek has been in the guild for a very long time (he helped us set up this website, if that gives you any idea). We're excited to see what his passion and dedication can bring to the table!
With both Manicvelocity and Archnemesis stepping down from leadership roles, we're having ExternalError head up the Ad Astra Order. We believe this should be more than enough for now, as we have an activity check coming up, so I imagine we'll be removing a lot of inactive members.
Activity Check
Now that our leadership structure is back in place (whew!), we're going to go through and clean up our roster. Some of you may have already been placed on the Inactive list. So far I've put people in based on last time logged into game, whether or not they've joined an Order, and if they've set up their profile on our new roster.
On that note, our next activity check will be setting up your profile on our new roster (http://www.followtheangel.org/index.php?name=FARoster§ion=profile&view=update). I'm specifically looking to make sure people have selected an Avatar name and Order. If you have not done those things and are not on the Inactive list yet, you'll get placed on it in the future, so please take care of this!
Weekly Meetings
We're once again having weekly meetings on Monday nights at 8:30 FA (central). Try to make it if you can! We also do interviews then, +10 datacron runs, etc. etc.
Raids
I've asked all raid leaders to stay as organized as they can so that everyone knows exactly when a raid happens and whether or not they are expected to attend. Currently we have early and late night raids on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and weekend raids on Saturday afternoons. You will need to sign up on the raid calendar and let the raid leader know if you'd like to be added to the permanent roster. Members on the permanent roster are people who are available almost every week and are being depended upon to sign up. They get priority in sign ups, having a much better chance of being able to participate.
If you can't be a part of one of the permanent rosters, please sign up when you can as an alternate and try to be available. More often than not there are holes that need to be filled, and it's very easy to throw you in.
If you sign up for a raid, please be there. You let everyone down if you don't show up without letting someone know. You'll also be removed from the permanent roster and be the last alternate to be considered. If something comes up, we have text alerts, PMs, the forums, emails, etc. to let someone know.
Coming Up
There's a lot coming up on the horizon. The big March update promises to bring ranked warzones, new guild features (like a guild bank), new raids, better options for appearance customizations, and more.
We're going to start looking at our first SWTOR movie, the elusive FA uniforms, hardcore PvP groups, 16-man raids, etc.

Grats likwid. You can join Anna in the happiest player category. Also, the iPad corrects the spelling of "likwid" to "liked" rather propitious I think.
