you should visit wow forums if you think TOR forums are bad. Its the same thing x100. funny thing is. people still pay to play it.

At least this time around i have some world pvp that isnt in an area with a 10 level difference between the factions.

There's this cancer being spread on the TOR forums as well as some other communities.  People are posting faked screen shots of being banned and fake emails of this or that.  Bioware is doing just fine with this game so far.  It's not perfect but it's not the failboat that the WoW and Guild Wars 2 fans want it to be.

There's a huge lack of critical thinking on the forums.  People LOVE to bandwagon.  Keep that in mind.

EVERY MMO forum has this problem.  There are far too many basement dwellers that feel that if they aren't having fun, no one should be.  "STOP LIKING WHAT I DON'T LIKE!!!!" is the gist of many many posts.  You should have seen the Darkfall forums.  Good god.

That said, and I'm not sure how many years you've been playing MMOs, if you read the forums, don't believe anything you read.  Also, just because a vocal minority is saying something is "game breaking" that doesn't mean it is.  You know how many people play a warzone, get creamed by someone better than them and immediately cry "I unsubbed.  This game is so unbalanced, X is OP, YOU NEED TO NERF THEM NOW!!!!!!   My guild has 1,000 people in it and we all agree and we're all quitting unless you do as we say!!!!"?

Yeah.  Just keep this in mind, if you're having fun in the game.  Just have fun in the game.  If you find yourself enjoying the game but hear or read someone complaining and then find yourself enjoying the game less.... cause they said so... yeah that's a problem.

Someone on the Swtor forums said not to listen to anything you post, because you're wrong.

haha... please...

Whenever I read the CS forums it's basially people bitching that they don't get treated like they are the CEO of BW.
"MEMEMEME - I have a problem and and I want it fixed now! BW Sucks and I am cancelling my subscription"

I have reported many "trivial" issues in the game.
I imagine that there are thousands of people doing similar reports.... and of course reporting the issue in their own "unique" way. Trying to compile a list of the issues, confirming the issue, determining if it's actually been reported, trying to figure out various hardware specs (especially on PC when hw/drivers/sw combinations can be in the millions!!!!).... especially when people insist that "Others" have handed in a dxdiag report for a similar issue...

man I have sympathy for BW (and all SW companies alike that have online services like this).
I generally think they are doing a great job, and I'm loving the general storyline in the game (coming from a KOTOR perspective).

I do love that those who are feeling this strongly are dedicated quite a bit of time to create little story boards like this. Takes some dedication to the cause. They could, instead, cancel their subscription and move onto another game....

Although I enjoyed reading the story that was on this website, I find that it can be misleading. I am sure there are issues with the game, or issues with getting the answer you want to hear from the developers, tell me one game where this doesn't happen? Even non-mmo's get slammed on their forums by angry customers. You cannot make everyone happy; it is never going to happen in any society.

For the time that I have spent in the game, most of it soloing, I have enjoyed the game immensely. I have run across bugs and issues while playing but that doesn't stop me from playing. The best thing I can do as a player, is report the issues I find and move on.

There are so many people that are attracted to negative that one person can ignite the masses into a panic, and that is what I currently see on the SWTOR forums.
