so my car just got smashed into by some dumbass saying he was  txting and driving when he couldent even fucking walk strait the cops said he was on drugs i was like he cant even walk strait obviously he cant walk strait my whole front axel is destroyed

Did he have insurance? be careful.. I got hit once by a drunk driver running from the police.. His insurance said they didnt cover it because he was commiting a felony.. I had to get an attorney involved for them to agree that they were required by law to cover me as the victim.
