title says it all.. with the release of SWTOR looming I am finding myself disliking my current mouse setup.. and.. we get these "points" at work that can be used towards certain merchandise like longhorns giftcards and dvd's and such.. One of the options that I can get is the wireless Razer Naga mouse..
I need opinions as we have a lot of gamers here I figure at least one or two of you might have one.. what do you think? since it is technically free to me is it good.. I dont want to burn all my points for a product that is going to not work in a year when the warranty is up..

Do you have the option to get the wired version?

How is this even a conversation. YES, get it. I think in almost every other thread we rave about this mouse.
There is a SWTOR version that has a mark up, but all you really need is the regular wired Naga. I recommend getting it ASAP and play any game that uses 1-10 so that you can start getting used to it. There's a bit of a learning curve, but once you get used to it you'll wonder why in the world you ever tried playing without it.
Seriously, it will change the level at which you game.

My fingers never leave WASD.

/signed Naga is a game changer, i started using it when playing a warrior in wow, this allow me to concentrate much more on staying on people rather than hitting complex hotkeys like shit+ctrl+f and dumb shit like that.
Less complexity, more OM NOM NOM'in on faces.

hihi,
I have the wired naga, I bought it for rift. My mouse already has issues with left dbl, triple clicking. If you go online you'll see it is a common issue. There is a fix that has you taking your mouse apart, then do this and that, it sucks. I really liked my naga til this happened; but for the price I would expect it to last longer, granted I did put in a lot of hours of game-play with it. Also the buttons on the side seem cool but I never could get use to using them, I hold my mouse pretty loose when I game but to use them that whole "every action has an = and opposite reaction" comes into play, making it so you have to keep a pretty firm grip on the mouse to use them. It is a very cool mouse for bunches of people, but for me, it hasn't been worth the cash.

I put hands on the Naga and it just wasn't satisfying for me personally. I really wanted to like the Razor but there was something that was just off a little for me. At this point I'm using the G-700 (http://www.logitech.com/en-us/mice-pointers/mice/devices/wireless-gaming-mouse-g700) and I've always found up to the task. Programmable keys are so delicious.
I would suggest going to a store and putting your hands on a few mice including the Razor. See what feels good in your hands and then go from there. That said, if you can get one for free with points.. um.. yeah.. just get one.

naga is a HUGE advantage dude. effing get it. I have the wired version. It's k-rad++

Waiting to see if one of these goes up on sale for Black Friday. If so, I'll be getting mine.
-
My two options are the wireless regular naga or the molten wired naga. So I guess should it be wired or wireless?
-
Whichever one is cheaper.
If you're playing on a desktop, wired. If you're playing on a laptop, wireless.
