Title: Jedi Guardian: Vigilance Tree

Anyone have any feedback for a guy thinking of taking the Jedi Guardian Vigilance tree? The Talent tree looks amazingly offensive, while offering some decent damage mitigation.

Here is the build I am looking at. If your able, please take a moment to provide some good feedback. I am not at all familiar with this class.

a) PVE or PVP?

b) Build your using is old, i do not suggest using TORguild, try Darth Hater (http://db.darthhater.com) or TorHead.com (http://www.torhead.com/)
