There are some great videos showing up at http://www.alterswtor.com/ of current gameplay.  Recent videos include early story line arcs (level 1-10) for nearly every class as well as gameplay videos of nearly every class.  If you're not sure as to what class you want to play at launch/beta I would suggest you hop on over and have a look at the videos.  

After watching the smuggler vids I'm positive this is going to be my second character.  Seems like so much fun and the conversations are total entertainment.  Cover system seems like it would be huge fun as well even though the noob shooting the video barely uses it.

Also, check out the alterSWTOR forums for little tidbits of goodness.

I assumed everyone already knew about this site. I reference it regularly in our weekly meetings.

Yeah it's just been a while since you've actually mentioned it by name and to be honest the content they're pushing lately is at a much higher rate than ever before (at least in the time I've been following it).

Yeah, with more people getting in Beta, the number of leaks is increasing as well.
