Title: Comcast Self Activation
Post by: Tbone on August 24, 2011, 11:49:00 am: I woke up today to my cable and internet not working. After power cycling, my browser takes me to a "Comcast Self Activation" page where I'm supposed to put in the account number and phone number. I put it in along with my roommate's number, hit next, and then I just get "page cannot be displayed" error. My roommate is in Bulgaria for the next few weeks, so I am kinda on my own with this. Did he forget to pay the bill or something?

Post by: Ketamininja on August 24, 2011, 12:26:10 pm: Hmm where is this page (url?). Is it "in" the modem? Do you have a router modem (if you ipconfig do you have like a 192.168 address)?
