(I was in on the plan because, yes, I'm that cool) then he says he wants just some photos of him and his lady... so he's posing with her and then he gets down on one knee right as the sun is going behind the mountains and the tide is coming in... you should have seen her face! This couple is ridiculously in love cute... So much love on the Venetian beach last night :)

BTW, Manic, thank you so much for letting me watch this happen... you made my year!

Manic = awesomest person ever.

You know he's gonna show up as a waiter or something and not let anyone know he was there until like a week later....

That being said, you should hire the Three Waiters for your reception. So Bryan and I'll have a paid excuse to go!

I actually brought this up with her.

She said if we find a nicer coat than the prophet duster, I'll have to wear that. I can tell she's not enthused about the idea of me wearing the coat but she won't deny that I look good in it.

And really, thank you all for the kind words and encouragement. This sounds really pathetic, but I feel like I've leveled up in some way.

I'll post pics later tonight. I got home just a few hours ago so I'm still settling in.

Because I am notorious for being a smart-ass, she honestly thought I was playing a cruel joke on her. I actually had the ring out by picture #3, and I had to hold it on her finger for a few seconds. Picture #7 is when she realized I was serious.
