personally, i'm glad to see it close to 71% in favor of it. (put in a poll because i was curious where we as a whole stand vs. the people on the TOR forums :))

i think there's a lot of value to the RP/PVP side of having some level of cross-faction chat.

figured i'd bring it up and let everyone vote on that shit. also, easy way to get involved (FA PR, go go) by posting an opinion in the thread.

Yes for me.

Reminds me of having an "uneasy peace" in MxO.
I know there is meant to be a war on, but a truce in certain aspects needs to be maintained to further progress sometimes. Can't have any sort of peace without communication!

It also allows for good story progression with backstabbing deals etc, just like the Sith may do with the Republic in films/books!!

If every character in the SW universe can understand the digital "beeps" and "boops" of an R2 unit, then it only makes sense to allow cross-faction chat.
