Title: Little Compu Help

Hey loves, I'm trying to completely factory restore my compu. I've already backed up my files on a seperate device, but alt+F10 doesn't give me an option to system restore.

I have a gateway laptop with Vista.
any ideas?

Best way: Pop a windows disk in, goto setup, reformat, install.

For a restore using the manufacturers software, I think we'd need more info. Do you see a separate partition?
