Title: Global Agenda
Post by: ArchNemesis on April 19, 2010, 11:45:57 pm
Now i know some of us saw this back when it was still in development and thought it would be an interesting game to check out.

For those that are still interested, steam has a demo / trial version available for download. I'm still downloading it as i type this but i'm just curious if anyone else bought the game / downloaded the demo and what their thoughts on the game are.

EDIT: After downloading and trying the game out, I can't honestly give a good answer. The game's PVE is VERY boring. It queue's you up with random people and you do a generic and boring mission. I'd imagine PVP is where the fun is but since you need to setup a group before queuing up, i haven't had a chance to test it out. This is mainly due to the fact that no one wants to be grouped with noobies during a PVP match so, unfortunately, the only thing i've been able to do so far is PvE.

A buddy of mine tipped me off:

"Steam: Global Adgenda MMO $7.50

A no monthly fee MMO that is supposedly TF2 like. I like the idea but am slightly hesatiant. But, at $7.5 what is to lose? Also, look at their trailers and watch the no elves video. That is what sold it for me.  "

You think it's worth 7 bucks though?  Compared to TF2, do you think it's as fun?

I feel it'll be more like a waste of 7 bucks. TF2, for me, is the greatest 20 bucks I've ever spent. The game is a few years old but despite that they are always adding new things and I always come back to it.
