Title: The Darkfall 'Help and Request' Thread

I would like to open this thread as a 'Help and Request' hub for all things Darkfall. We're all most newbies here (including me) and we all need to help each other out.

I'll get this thing rolling;

*I have very poor combat skills - both roughly level 7.7 :( - I need help to increase them, be it pointers or a volunteer to parry my blows for ten minutes or so.
*I can't mind metal mines - anyone know of any good sites?
*I have no armour on me besides the three pieces of cloth armour (chest, greeves and legs) that NoCry gave me; I need more and I'm willing to pay since I'd like leather for archery and banded for close combat. Or for the equipment to begin leveling my armour smithing.

subb, we have a chunk load of armour in the guild bank; ask one of the orrificers.

I am sure a lot of us have some spare armour; just ask old chap. I doubt people will charge you!

Sub start with completing all of the newbie quests.  Get those out you'll get some nice starting armor and some gold adn then you'll be on your way.  As far as raising your skills... fights lots of mobs and or players.

Let me know if you ever need leather armor, i'm always willing to make some.

Also, if you see something in the guild bank, just ask for it. The guild bank isn't a museum for us to look at pretty shit, it's for us to use.

Don't feel shy if you feel it's a lot of stuff, just ask :P

Subb, I also need to up my weapon and parry, so would be happy to team up with you and beat eachother up a bit. Also happy to go easy mob hunting with you as it's good for farming leather, arrows and gold which I am after when there isn't a large group, plus for melee if the mobs are a bit easier you can get a few more hits in. What weapons are you using?

Hell if it's just weapon and parry you can always go for either goblins or orcs that are southeast of king's holdfast.

who ever is getting hit just parry while the other whacks the crap out of them and if the mob switches, then switch roles. It works out quite well.
