Over the last five months or so a lot has been happening in my life, from battling depression, stopping my alcohol consumption (4 months sober now) and a strange and inexplicable attraction to my work environment. I still have an active MxO subscription and I try to log in whenever I can, but otherwise, I thought I might share with you what my latest addiction has become.
Gasoline.
Fuel, petrol, liquid energy. Call it what you will, cause I can never get enough of it to feed my new baby. :D

Thats my baby, 2008 Scion tC. Rolled it off of the lot with 3 miles on the odometer. I'm at almost 5k miles and she still smells brand new.
And yes, I already have an angel vector plotted out that I'll be applying on the side behind the back windows. :) Any ideas/suggestions for more vinyl applications are welcome since I can cut them out at work for virtually nothing. :)

I'll trade you for my '99 Elantra. :p
Throw up pics once you get the Angel on that beast!
-
Ooooo nice
-
I've got the angel on it now, just need to get decent pics!
-
SLOW! :D
Very nice. My little brother drives a 2006 xB, and I have been debating buying a 2008 xD to use as a daily. They just don't have enough horsepower to keep me satisfied. :(
I definitely want pictures of the Angel vinyl, and possibly a price for obtaining one? :D
-
Like I said, they cost me next to nothing. If you want to give me your address, I can either A) ship it to you if you want to give me a couple bucks for shipping, or B) I can look up the closest store to you that has the capabilities to produce it. The material is roughly $7 a square foot (cost to me), so I can fit four of those (6x6inch) per panel. Gimme a hollar!

Believe it or not I sold the vette :( ended up getting an Infiniti g35 its a sharp quick lil car I guess the main thing is that it has a back seat the vette didn't. Closer to a family car I suppose.
-
Who have you knocked up Pirus :P
-
That's what I'm asking. A man sells his toy car for only two reasons: 1. A woman 2. He's an idiot
And Sared, what's the closest store to Hattiesburg, MS?
-
The closest store that can produce something like that is Mobile or Jackson. :( Also, neither of them have anywhere near the same kind of material. Just plain bland colors.
Easier/cheaper for me to ship/mail one to ya.
-
lol well I figured its time for a guy to settle down a bit ;) But then again its still a 2 door sports car. didn't knock her up yet but I wouldn't mind it in the near future :)
-
good lad pirus!!!
-
MINI PIRUS' AGGGGGH :P
Nice one dude!
I bought a small girls top for a friend in Kos the other day for a laugh and the woman serving me asked "What your daughters name?".
hehehehe.
-
the thought of Pirus procreating.... wow
-
sorry for the DBL post... how well would that decal show up on a white car you think?
-
could have a black one? :P
-
The translucent material shows up particularly well when it is reflecting an off-center light source. Regardless of paint color. But I think black on a white car would look fine. :D

Working on a pair of angel wings to get tattooed across my back/shoulders/arms. Could use some help from the artistically inclined.
-
I've been wanting one for a while now, but ca't really find anyone to help me with a design. I want it similar to the angel on our coin, with the split wings. If you get a design, let me know...

(http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a60/Subb/male-back_IS085-042copy.jpg) ??? Maybe the wings can go down the arms.
-
Nah.. have the wing tips hit the top of your shoulders... the head of the angel at the base of your neck...
-
The idea is a pair of arching wings that begin at the bottom lower corners of my shoulderblades, then goes across my back to about an inch or two above my elbows. That way, if I raise my arms like in that photo above, then it will look like I'm 'spreading my wings'. :)
