You missed a little SLJ. ;) Look at Heironymous' spoiler.

It isn't really a spoiler, just an added scene that supposedly leads up to a sequel.

I caught the War Machine reference, and also said "S.H.I.E.L.D." to my buddies before Agent Coulson could even finish saying "Strategic Homeland Intervention Engagement and Logistics Division." ;)

I knew most of what they were talking about from playing Marvel Ultimate Alliance...lol

Not bad, but I still think Batman Begins was a better "birth of superhero" movie!

Apparently all the cast as signed on for two sequels, and Robert Downey will be playing Stark in the Incredible Hulk.

Academy Award nominated actor Terrence Howard portrays James Rhodes in the 2008 Iron Man film[8]. In the film, Rhodes is a U.S. Air Force lieutenant colonel who serves as the military's chief liaison to Stark Industries. He is also Tony Stark's most trusted ally and best friend. Rhodes is depicted in the film wearing a "Brass Rat", the MIT school ring, indicating that in the film, he and Stark were college classmates. [9]Director Jon Favreau told AintItCoolNews that War Machine would not appear in the first film, but would in the sequels. Howard was supposedly cast with this in mind. Although the armor will not appear in the film, it will appear in the toyline as a Wal-Mart exclusive product, (though it is referred to as "Stealth Armor" rather than War Machine). [10] A film's scene shows Rhodes looking at an unpainted Mark II suit of armor and saying "Next time, baby..."

Okay so I saw the movie... and never having read/watched Iron Man before I still LOVED it... you're right, if anyone but Downey were to play Stark I would have loved him less.
