Post by: Tbone on August 24, 2007, 07:01:18 pm: Anyone else pick this game up? It's had amazing reviews. I bought it off of Steam and am downloading it now. I probably won't get it finished downloading until sometime tomorrow, though. Please hide spoilers, but I was just curious if anyone else is playing this.

Post by: Anonymous on August 25, 2007, 12:17:20 pm: I agree with Pirus. The game is pretty good but I found it a bit repetitive. Great graphics, atmosphere, mood, an ok story, good gameplay. In a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate it at 8.8. I wish it was a bit harder. I was able to make it through the entire game just by saving the little sisters. I wonder how easy it will be if I harvest them all.

Replay Value = playing it with your friends that haven't and making them squirm. :)

Post by: Jeyk on August 28, 2007, 05:53:13 pm: I'm loving it so far. I've been waiting for it in high anticipation since I saw the debut trailer and heard that it was by the guys who did System Shock 2, and I recently purchased a 32" HDTV to go along with it.

All of the above contributed to me loving it more than average thus far; the TV really makes a difference in my enjoyment of PS3/360.

I might "pick it up" on PC if some good mods surface.
