It is official... They will remain active even after the event.  That's some huge damage bonus and Health Regen.  I plan on stocking up on Vector and Recursion!!!

Oracle Brownies?  You mean the Oracle Anniversary Cookies?  Or did I miss something and the Brownies are buffed too?
