Oh, if you mean the typing on the screen, I just made a flash movie doing that step by step then adjusted its speed in Adobe Premiere, though I could have done it all in Premiere. To make it look like a screen, I took the recording of the Matrix code screensaver, and stole a frame of that sort of glare on one and dropped the opacity.... if you followed that explaination
