But we are only 6 months into content. It's not until chapter 12 (the first year) until it starts to break. He must just be foreshadowing 2 years from now. :)

Yeah, the chapters were originally intended to be released on a month-to-month basis.  So by the time chapter 12 rolled around, MxO would have been live for a year.

I think that's what Rarebit meant when he said he plans to take the storyline in a direction that was always present in the movies, but has yet to be seen in the game.  I'll bet by chapter nine, the truce will begin to break down.
