Things I found interesting:

Players can no longer use Hyper Jump while affected by the Powerless state.
Holy Water, Wooden Stakes, Silver Bullets, and EMPs can now miss.
Weak Points now increases Thrown Accuracy Bonus like it was supposed to.
Deadly Throw should now properly deal double damage if the target is Off Balance. The additional damage may vary a few points from the original damage value however.

I knew there was something odd about thrown accuracy (my damage bonus was always in the 80s while accuracy was in the 70s...)

Oh, thank God people can't use HJ powerless anymore. All the more reason to load up that ability on Recursion now.

And "YAY!" for Holy Water and Wooden Stakes and Silver Bullets and EMPs being able to miss now.
