I mean music you can get on the floor and dance to by yourself or with someone. Any kind of music, whatever it is you feel you can dance to. Wether it be Hip-Hop, Techno, etc. IF you like dancing to it then list it :) For me, well I'll list mine later depending on how well this thread is responded to. :P

Anything by Eric Clapton. I also like Johnny Winter, but Clapton is more of a mix of blues and rock, so it's a bit easier to dance to. Plus, it's pretty much required that you have someone to dance with when listening to Clapton, and the ladies around here seem to love him. :)
If you consider mosh pits as a form of dancing, I'd have to go with Flogging Molly. Best concert I ever went to was Bouncing Souls/Flogging Molly on Halloween night about five years ago.

Techno: Various Fat Boy Slim tracks and the occasional Aphex Twin (but only if it is REALLY loud).
Swing: Anything by Cherry Poppin' Daddies. I only say that because I got drug to a swing dancing.....thing on wednesday and CPD was playing live for it. Never gone swing dancing before, and I sure as hell will go again, but oh god my calves are still burning...

Well, it REALLY depends on the dance. I mean, if we're talking Salsa (which I don't know how to do very well) then I say Carlos Vives is my main guy. Go listen to Luna Neuva. You know you'll fall in love. (I'm not Spanish, fyi.) If we're talking "grind till all your clothes fall off" then I'd say...mhmm....Oooh, I want to love you by Akon...yepp, definately a grind till al your clothes fall off song.

I taught the kids at the camp I work at (yes, I'm a camp counsellor, BOOM CHIKA BOOM!) how to do the cabbage patch, and the fax machine, and the sprinkler, and the very beginning of the Charleston....Yepp, those kids are gonna be the hippest people at the clubs when they're old enough, lol.
I don't know how exactly we got from talking about dancing till the clothes fall off to teaching children how to dance...And those two put together make me ashamed to work with children :S
I don't think I got "Cherry Poppin' Daddies" out of my mind yet :S

I don't really see club dancing as actually dancing... more like dry humping on a dance floor... oh and one day i want to learn as many different forms of the tango as I can... my friend once said that swing is the dance equivilent to chasing your partner for sex and tango is the dance equivilent to the sex lol...
