That's right we have just passed the 60 thousand posts mark!
A few other notable statistics for fun:

Current number of topics: 4089 (not including this one)
Average Posts per day: 63.07
Average Topics per day: 4.30
Database size: 54.78 MB
Some of you who are clever enough may have noticed that our post id numbers are around 65K. It is true that about 5,000 posts have been deleted over the past 2 and 3/4 years that were not archived. Most likely these were the secret beta forums, hovercraft forums, and inappropriate posts that ended up being deleted. It wasn't until early 2005 when an admin archive forum was made to dump deleted/removed topics, posts, and forums too.
And if you are even cleverer, you might have noticed that the forum totals don't add up to 60K! Well your right! There are hidden archive, staff, and retired member forums that exist that contain posts that add to the total articles number!
Anyway we should all be proud of this massive database of information we have made over the years! Post on!

I've been watching it for several days and had a post like this in mind. I started refreshing for half an hour when it was at 59998.

oh and Khr0n1k has the second most posts on the forum with Tbone in first and at this second Styan only has 2 less posts than me... :(
